I am currently exploring the possibilities of Cinema4D. I have been publishing daily, abstract concepts to better understand motion and how objects can interact with one another. As my skills improve i will transition into product modeling / animation.
I was a Interaction Designer with Alexa Communications focusing on Alexa's ability to call, message, video chat, and drop in between Alexa Devices. I worked across all Alexa devices and mobile app. I generated various concepts and implemented finalized designs.
This is a concept exploration on how Alexa communications could implement an avatar into their system. The designs are semi wire frame focusing on not disrupting the current design of the app.

Microsoft Band Music
A project created while on the Microsoft Band team. The goal was to create a user experience in which allowed a user to control their music on their phone from the use of their Microsoft Band wearable device.
A look at the different wearable devices (at the time of creation) to determine what music controls each device provides the user. I also looked into the screen sizes / amount of buttons that each devices contains to determine what could be acceptable for the Microsoft Band.
This is a mental model of where music could live within the Microsoft Band architecture. Music would be considered a temporal tile as it would only appear on the band when music has been initiated from the phone. Below are several alternative mental models and possibilities of where / how users could access music on the band.
Concept 5 was the most promising. It allowed music to appear amongst the different activities that the Microsoft Band has without disrupting those experiences. Music would live to the left of the various screens.
On the band start tile, a note would appear in the top left corner indicating that music lives to the left. users could then swipe from left to right to access the music tile.
The music tile would contain the artist and title of the current song playing as well as skip forward, back and Play/Pause. to the left users could access volume controls
I assisted in the redesign of the Microsoft Health app at the time of the Microsoft Band 2 launch. This page shows the breath of work that I have touched during my time on the team. I developed new experiences for the Microsoft Band, Microsoft Health mobile app, Microsoft Health Desktop platform.
Microsoft Band 2 Charging stand
Microsoft band team partnered with a third party Shenzhen, China based manufacturer to produce the accessory for the Band 2. This accessory was branded Loyal-Star after the manufacturer but designed by the internal band team. The premise of this accessory was to help drive the attach rate of the Band 2 charge cables when a new costumer bought the Microsoft Band. The charge stand needed to come in at a specific price point to allow added value to the up-sell of the charger stand and cable. The charge stand was featured in all Microsoft stores and on-line distribution
Concept exploration on other form factors. each model allows for the Microsoft Band to be presented and charged at the same time. Each model solves the design problem of accomodating 3 different Microsoft Band sizes.

Various color, material and finish explorations for the Microsoft Band 2 based off different fashion trends in 2015. Explorations include Cole Haan, Kate Spade, and Xbox. Microsoft Band's could have potential pattern work on straps, anodized display cases, and custom digital home screens.
